We typically kick off the process with a lively (often virtual) chat to better understand your style and the unique touches you envision for your album. Then, we’ll offer an overview, showcasing world-class bookbinders, various sizes, orientations, materials, and color schemes. You’ll also get a clear picture of our production times, pricing, and options for parent albums and related products.

Select

It’s time to select your favorite images through your private, secure online gallery. Alternatively, we can choose the photos we believe best capture your event’s narrative. We love to start albums with a bang—featuring a standout photo—and then showcase your celebration chronologically. We aim for about 2 to 2.5 images per page, using generous white space to ensure each photo stands out. Our editors will fine-tune all pictures in your album, assuring a harmonious blend of color and exposure.

Design

We’ll unveil the first design draft of your album, incorporating your preferences, such as custom embossing, engraving, page and mat colors, a stylish cover motif, a translucent title page, and much more. This design, born from our initial consultation, aims to align as closely with your vision as possible. Nevertheless, this stage of the process provides an opportunity for you to share feedback and request minor adjustments so everything is as you envision.

Approve

We will present you with a second (complimentary) draft, incorporating any changes requested from the previous stage. Typically, all that’s needed from you is your final seal of approval, allowing your album to proceed directly to production. However, should you wish to make additional changes, we are here to assist (please note that further rounds of revisions will incur a charge).

Produce

Your involvement isn’t required during the production stage, but rest assured, this is precisely where the magic happens. Your chosen photographs are printed in state-of-the-art photo labs, guaranteeing superb image quality and longevity. Our expert bookbinders will then mount your images per your approved design layout and hand-bind your album using traditional artisanal techniques. A final, thorough quality inspection is performed before carefully packaging the book for secure delivery.
