Each event sparkles with its own distinct charm and requirements. Therefore, we tailor our quotes for wedding photography and portrait sessions to match the uniqueness of each occasion.

Our wedding packages, which we happily align with your specific needs and vision, start at an investment of $5,500 for Vincent’s expertise and $12,500 for Cengiz.

As soon as you set your wedding date, choose your lead photographer, and confirm your desired collection, we’ll make things official with a professional photography contract.

Our wedding photographers are in high demand and often book out 6-18 months in advance. We encourage you to check availability for your wedding date at your earliest convenience.

Planning your family formals, whether before or after the ceremony, can be a breeze with a little preparation. Here are a few time-tested tips to ensure everything flows smoothly:

• Create Your Dream Shot List: Jot down your ‘must-have’ group shots. Keep in mind that each formation usually takes about 2 minutes to choreograph and capture (so don’t overdo it). A great strategy is to start with the larger groupings and then transition to those intimate formations (immediate family, siblings, formal bridal portraits, bridesmaids & groomsmen, etc.).
• Time is of the Essence: Chat with your planner about setting aside enough time in your day’s schedule. This way, everything feels relaxed and unhurried. Remember, your special day is all about joy, not stress!
• Delegate with Confidence: Appoint a confident, authoritative friend or family member to call out your shot list. This allows us to focus on creating those perfect, frame-worthy photographs. Optionally, our photographer’s assistant is ready to take on this role.
• Family Dynamics Matter: Give us a heads-up on special family dynamics (like divorces, step-parents, etc.). This helps us approach and address each of your loved ones in the most respectful and considerate way.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to quality over quantity. Our goal is to carefully curate a spectacular array of photographs that capture and narrate the story of your big day.

The number of wedding photos you receive will reflect the unique tapestry of your celebrations—including cultural and religious practices—the duration of your commissioned photography coverage, and the number of artists you select from our esteemed photography team.

You can look forward to receiving a minimum of 80-100 breathtaking images for each hour of your wedding day coverage. When it comes to portrait sessions, we provide 15 exquisitely edited images per hour, with the flexibility for you to request additional edits.

Get ready for a visual treat! Your exquisitely edited wedding photos will be delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks. As for solo portraits, boudoir sessions, and couple shoots, we typically dazzle you with the final results within a mere 14 days.

We happily cover all shooting locations within 25 miles of New York City or Paris, France, without any travel charges. Plus, we don’t do per diem costs. It’s all about making your experience effortless and enjoyable!

Over the past two decades, our journey as Destination and Manhattan wedding photographers has taken us to an incredible array of venues, both near and far. There’s a good likelihood we’ve already had the pleasure of capturing a beautiful event at your location, no matter how remote.

We believe in a fresh perspective! While familiarity with a venue is helpful, we embrace each new celebration as a chance to explore and create anew. This approach invigorates our creativity and ensures that each set of wedding photos is genuinely one-of-a-kind.

We understand the importance of preparation, so we routinely arrive on location well in advance—sometimes even several days earlier for international weddings. This extra time allows us to scout the most picturesque spots (notably for couple photos and family portraits) and plan the perfect angles, ensuring we’re prepared to capture your special day masterfully.

We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected twists and turns, and plans may change despite best intentions. We’ve seen it all, from airport disruptions and canceled flights to visa issues, strikes, health, pregnancy, job conflicts, and many other challenges. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel your wedding or photography booking, we want you to know that we’re here to support you.

This policy is in place because when we reserve your special day, we often turn down other potential bookings to ensure we can fully dedicate our time and resources to you.
